At Misen, we want you to love every meal you make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 60 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your clean tools in their original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
